Today I have something super amazing to share with you, my lovely readers! Just a few weeks ago I was offered to be part of Jessica Ennis-Hill’s latest running campaign called #VitalityMove!
Jess is my sport hero, and when I think that in 2 week’s time I will be training and running with her, my legs start shaking!
This will undoubtedly be one of the biggest highlights of my running & blogging career, and again shows me that blogging about keeping fit an encouraging others sometimes brings amazing opportunities to me and also to my two daughters.
Jess has sent me a lovely personal note (which I will get framed for sure), and cannot wait to have a few photos of me, my girls and the awesome Olympian herself taken.
What is the #VitalityMove fitness and music festival about?
#VitalityMove is a campaign that encourages more people to keep active. There are 2 events, happening on 9th July (Chatsworth) and 17th September (Windsor).
There will be the chance to take part in 1-mile, 5k and 10k runs set to live music by the fabulous DJ Trevor Nelson, plus loads of other fun activities throughout each day for everyone to get involved.
VitalityMove have also sent me a few gifts to help me with training and keeping fit ( a Tomtom Spark 3 fitness watch, a Runner’s World training program, a 6-month gym membership Nuffield Health Gym, and some other running essentials.
VitalityMove have teamed up with Diabetes UK who are offering my readers 10% off tickets and for every paying entry, VitalityMove will donate £1 to Diabetes UK.
