Everybody has some dreams and aspirations, and one of mine has recently come true. If you are a runner, then you must have heard of or maybe even regularly buy the “Women’s Running” magazine or visit often online.
Not long ago I was contacted to become one of their Running Race Series 2017 Ambassadors, and I happily accepted this opportunity.

Women’s Running Race Series are providing race events for female runners of all abilities at 12 nationwide locations. Their fun, friendly and supportive events cater for all running types so, whether you’re a first timer, a club runner, or chasing a new PB, their events can help you to achieve your goals.

What are the race day options?
Each race event has 3 race day options; the original 10K, 5k (perfect for beginners) and NEW one-mile race option (great for all the family, including dad).
Is there a medal?
Yes! This year there will be three medals specific to race event location and race option.
Are there finishers’ prizes?
Yes- every finisher in the 5K and 10K race option will receive a goody bag and finisher’s t-shirt as well as one of their fab NEW medals.
How many pacers are there and what timings are there?
For each race event there will be 4 friendly, fun and supportive pacers, subbing the following times- 50 minutes, 55 minutes, 60 minutes, and 70 minutes.
Are there any course maps?
Each race location will have a course map, providing entrants with a detailed preview of the course, illustrating parking points, water stations and our NEW Improved race event village.
I will be attending the London event on 8th October, and aiming for the 10km race. Come and join me in London or take part at any other race across the country!
