What Happens to Your Body on a Bike

While training for a marathon, I always make sure I don’t focus just on running, but also do other sports. One of my favourite is swimming, which was great in summer, and now have just got back into the saddle and am back to cycling and my spinning classes.

I have been sent this very interesting infographic on cycling and why it’s good for you. Have a look, and there are also exercises for people who like cycling, which I also do as a keen runner.
