Last year soon after I started this fitness & health oriented blog for mamas, I came across the Running Awards on Twitter and loved watching the buzz and voting for the already selected finalists. This year I am here to ask you all my lovely readers to show my your support and vote for Fitness 4 Mamas to be one of the finalists for the Running Awards 2016.
Running is my huge passion, all your comments and tweets on my training and achievements mean so much to me. As you know I am currently training for my 3rd marathon and am very proud to be chosen as the official blogger for the Venice Marathon. In less than a month I will be sharing my updates from Venice. It’s one of my dreams coming true, combining my two loves, blogging/career and running, and believe that this is only the start to many more opportunities for me.
Last week was one of the best weeks in my training so far, and on Friday I ran 24km along the local canal with easiness. I know that I do not want to go any further before the big day and also do not want to have any injury, as now there would not be enough time to recover properly for the big day. I am very proud I have stuck to my fitness plan throughout the whole summer and feel like this marathon will be actually my best. Fingers crossed, it’s still a few weeks away, but I am feeling very confident, strong and as I say if you believe in yourself, you can do anything!
