In less than 6 months I will be hitting the big number 40! I have never been bothered by age, and have been taking it as that age is just a number. How about you? I think for me it is important to make sure I do maximum to have my body in the top shape inside out. It’s not just about applying expensive anti-wrinkle creams, but most importantly to make sure I fuel my body the right things. This is not easy with being a professional blogger and a full time mum, and sometimes I feel like I am doing too much.
I had a great Xmas break, and I made sure I had loads of time with my family and also time to rethink what I want from my life. It’s very important to slow down and relax as much as being active I believe.
Last year was the biggest from my blogging career perspective, but I also realised that thanks to having my mum living with us and looking after Olivia during the day, I was kind of missing out on all the things she was doing with her, and really I was supposed to be doing as a mum. My mum has gone back to the Czech Republic, and I have been enjoying much more time with my soon to be 3 year old Olivia, and am much happier, not feeling guilty anymore!
I usually don’t do fitness new year’s resolutions, and rather try to keep healthy and fit throughout the year, but this year I have decided to set myself a goal to eat more fruit and to make sure I get all the vitamins my body needs, basically to also look after myself as well my my children and my husband.
I have previsouly mentioned the importance of supplements on this blog, and really think that the newly launched Perfect7 Woman and NEW Perfect7 Man by Seven Seas are just perfect for my and many other parents’ lifestyles! We all are busy and they include everything we need! Just see below!
Seven Seas has developed Perfect7 for people feeling the first signs of ageing and who want to help support their body from the inside. With a unique blend of marine oils, rich in Omega-3, and key vitamins and minerals, Perfect7 has been formulated with 7 key benefits in mind for both men and women.
The Perfect7 formula provides nutrients into the body’s cells to support the body from the inside as it ages and includes marine oils. Seven Seas, having researched the beneficial impact of marine oils for more than 70 years, understand how important it is. The marine oil in Perfect7 is rich in Omega-3, which contains essential fatty acids DHA and EPA which supports the maintenance of normal heart function1. Alongside the marine oil the daily supplements also contain a blend of many important vitamins and minerals including magnesium to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, plus Vitamin B2 to contribute to the maintenance of normal vision.
Men and women are not the same – especially when it comes to ageing. This is why Seven Seas has developed two distinct formulations for Perfect7 Woman and Perfect7 Man. These two new supplements recognise the differences in specific nutritional requirements between the sexes. For women Vitamin B6 helps to regulate hormonal activity, as well as Zinc which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and nails. For men Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and Vitamins B6 and B12 that contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism are included.
I have been sent a few samples of Perfect 7 Woman, and have been taking them for a few weeks now. I can see so much difference on my skin, hair and nails. I think it’s great to know you get all you need and do maximum for it. I have also taken the age attitude test on Seven Seas website.
Why don’t you try it too? I got the result below!

I have an age crisis every other year and I’m still in my twenties! 😀 I think keeping healthy and active is the best approach to ageing.
I can only agree! In my twenties I was not thinking about age at all 😉
Wow, you’re hitting the big 40 this year? I like that you don’t seem to care that much. I guess I’m a bit like you here. It’s my turn next year, and sometimes I think maybe I should care. But so far, I think life is just getting better. 🙂 xx
Hi lovely, great to see you here again. I really do not think it is about the number, and if people do care about the number they just make their lives miserable.
