This week’s gallery theme is colour. I love so many, and where are the days when i used to dressed all in black as a huge Depeche Mode fan… these days you can often spot me in khaki, brown, navy but also red or even bright yellow.
As this blog is focussed on fitness and health, I would like to share my top tip with you. Eat blueberries! Not only they are my favourite colour, they taste great and are Low in calories, a good source of Vitamin C, manganese, fiber and full of antioxidants!
Some studies claim blueberries can help protect against heart disease and some cancers, as well as improve your memory.

Oh I totally totally agree M. I’m not a fan of the taste but I do try to add them to smoothies and pancakes *cough* because I know how good they are for me.

I’m not a fan of blueberries but they are good for you so I might just suck it up and eat them fast!

yummy but I never feel like i get much bang for my buck with them.
I love adding them to porridge and also adding some walnuts for breakfast before running, try it!
