Who would have guessed that this week’s theme would be Christmas? There are Xmassy photos everywhere you look, so of course there need to be some on my blog too. I love Christmas as everybody else, just one thing I do not like is the amount of food and drinks consumed over the holidays. I work very hard on keeping my fitness levels up and also my figure, but every year I slip a bit and eat and drink more than I need or would like.
Last year I did much better as I decided that instead of having large glasses of wine, I would stick to the smaller ones, and guess what, it does make a difference! Also drinking plenty of water in between is great to keep the amount of alcohol down. I try not to keep too many bottles of wine at home (more than 2). What is not there, cannot be drunk!
I also continue my fitness routines as much as possible even during holidays as I know how hard it is to get back into it after Xmas holidays or any holidays.
It’s easily said than done, but if I can do it, you can too.
Come on try it. Do it for you, for your body, for your health!
