FLEX TV – Let the Gym Class Come to You #FitnessTuesday

January 17, 2017 By fitness4mamas 36 Comments

I often hear my school mum friends complaining that it’s hard to squeeze a workout during the day with a little one in tow, but as I say, it’s all about really wanting and getting organised.

I did it twice, so it’s not impossible and now there is your chance to workout at home if you really cannot face going out or leaving your little one at the local leisure centre creche while working out!

It’s only the third week of 2017 and I am on the look out for new fitness trends and services to share with you. Today I am pleased to introduce you all to the FLEX TV, the new social home workouts for mums!

FLEX TV is full of great LIVE video workouts, there is lots to choose from. I went for the pilates and yoga classes, but also enjoyed the hiit workouts.

It’s super easy to set up, just register with your e-mail or Facebook account. The first 30 days are FREE so if you are really not keen on continuing you can cancel your membership with one click, but I doubt it!

As a busy mum you will appreciate you can plan ahead and choose what days and times in advance. You can also get reminder e-mails so you will never forget about your planned classes.

You can chat to your friends as you both work out from home. Share an experience with your friends by exercising to the same workout video whilst sharing audio.

And this is what it looks like when you log in and join a class LIVE!

Why FLEX TV?

  • Fun
  • No traveling to a gym
  • Perfect opportunity to socialise
  • Workout plans and videos for all goals
  • Commitment & motivation
  • Over 300 classes every day
  • Tune in on all your devices (your TV, your smartphone or your laptop)

If you are an instructor, FLEX TV also offers to earn money from your workout videos. Head over to their website to find out more!

This looks great as I don’t have time with a 3yr old to go out and do a gym session or class. I have tried online workouts before so will definitely take a look at their dance and pilates classes! 🙂
