Last two weeks I have been testing out my new TomTom Spark watch and have found out that keeping track on my pace during my runs means that I am actually improving every time I run.
I saw the biggest difference straight after my first run. I loved speeding up when I got below my pace, and was trying to stick to it so that my overall time would improve. Since then every time I have gone for a run, I have been a bit better and faster.
I have never been a fast runner, but love pushing my boundaries, and seeing I can do it makes me super proud and happy.
