Juliana’s daughter Isabella (aged 7) was her inspiration to develop this specialised ‘Mother and Daughter’ workout.
Parents are encouraged to work closely with their child in these fun and invigorating exercises, the practice is well suited to all ages and fitness levels, and best of all – can be done anywhere!
Juliana says about her ‘Mother and Daughter’ workouts “We have been doing this for years together, not only does it keep my daughter healthy and happy, it also serves as important mother-daughter time”.
She adds, “Isabella even joins in to help me train our family clients”.
New to Summer 2016 – Juliana has launched JCfitdance, a high-energy fitness class that involves music and burns on average 500 – 600 calories per session. Juliana has also recently started JCfitkids, this class gets kids moving, laughing and being healthy.
