September is the perfect time to get back into your fitness routines if you had to ease off or stop over the summer school holiday due to the lack of childcare.
I am super lucky and every summer I pack our bags and take my two daughters back home to spend the whole summer holiday in the Czech Republic with my family and friends, and this year was no different.
We did miss daddy very much, but this gives them the opportunity to polish their Czech language and experience the culture I grew up in.
This summer I managed to stick to my running routines, and you could see from my Twitter & Instagram stream, some of them were done in super hot weather and hills were included too.

I will be celebrating by starting a new pilates class, which I am so excited about, and will let you know how it was soon!
