Yesterday I received an e-mail that made me jump up and down in happiness and excitement! I found out my Fitness 4 Mamas blog has been chosen as 1 of 5 finalists for the Bloggers’ Lounge Best Health & Fitness blog 2015!
I was in tears as I absolutely love this blog, and sharing my fitness and health journey with fellow mamas out there. I love reading your comments and seeing that I might be a great inspiration for you all.
You know I am not a personal trainer neither a fitness instructor, but I am very passionate about keeping fit & healthy, and leading a good example to my kids.
I strongly believe we as parents play vital part in introducing our little ones to sport and health issues, and hope that we can together find the answers to all your questions.
Two week’s ago I completed my 3rd marathon, this time in Venice, and am very proud for doing so. I am just a normal mum who believes you can fulfil your dreams if you believe in yourself and work hard.
